The Kestrel Hiring Process

Job Search
The process begins with searching for a job opening that interests you by job description and location.  Current openings will always be posted on the company website.

Applying at Kestrel
Once you find a position that sounds exciting and matches your qualifications, complete the PDF Application and email to hr@kestrel.aero. After you apply for a job, your qualifications and experience will be reviewed. If your qualifications are a good fit, our HR department will contact you to learn more about your background, answer questions about what it’s like to work at Kestrel and provide more insight into our hiring process.  If you are not contacted by anyone, please know that we will keep your application on file for six months in consideration of future openings.

Phone Interview
Following a conversation with our HR department, a phone interview may be scheduled to further assess your background and applicable experience in order to determine whether you should be brought in for an initial onsite interview.   Phone interviews are typically conducted by the hiring manager for that particular position and last about 30-40 minutes.

Onsite Interview
During an onsite interview, you will likely meet with several people across different teams who will give a cross-section view of Kestrel.   Interviewers will ask you questions related to your area of interest and likely have you solve real world problems for them.

Next Steps
After your interviews, we will determine if you are suitable for the position and the Kestrel culture. The entire hiring process varies from position to position. Feel free to contact our HR department regarding the status of your application at any time.
